Shipping Method and Rates
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Japan Post & Singapore Post Limited. We kindly ask that you anticipate 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply unless otherwise stated.
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it, we will re-deliver on the next available date. Please note that there will be only 2 re-delivery attempts. Additional delivery fee will be incurred for the 3rd re-delivery attempt onwards, subject to the prevailing postage rates.
Any orders placed and received on business days (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) are processed on the next working day in the order in which they are received. Orders placed and received on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday). International Shipping: We regret that we do not ship outside Singapore at this time for orders placed our website.
Changes to Order
Once your order is successfully submitted, processed and shipped out, we regret to inform you that we are not able to accommodate any changes to the order. If you have any enquiries on your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Return or exchange condition is as below;
All items sold are final and non-exchangeable nor refundable. Please refer to our Exchange and Return Policy for cases where we allow for an exchange.
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason of return within 7 days after receiving the products and we will get back to you within 5 working days. A new product will be sent over if your request is approved.
Products purchased from other websites than the official KINS website are not eligible. If you purchased the product at a shop, please contact the shop where you purchased the product; email@example.com
Definition of defective product
・Defective product definition for ALL Products
- Dents/scratches on the outer box
- Dents/scratches on products itself
・Defective product definition only for Supplement / Essence
- The expiration date on the label is exceeded on the date that is delivered to you
Condition for exchange
・You are required to provide the proof of purchase along with the photos of the product showing the reason for exchange
・Product must be purchased from the Website
・No additional gifts will be sent along with the replacement product if the original order comes with gifts with purchase
・Any vouchers/promo codes utilised will be deemed invalid and corresponding voucher value will not be refunded
・Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right not to accept the exchange or return after that period or if the conditions above are not met.
How to process the return/refund
1.Submit your exchange request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your request, we will check whether you meet the conditions or not. We will notify you on the status of your request within 5 working days.
2.In the case where we approve your request and notify you, we will send the replacement/missing product to your address provided in the original order.
3.In the case of defective/damaged/non-functional product, you are to dispose them immediately
